The Public Works Department oversees a variety of Town functions including road maintenance, snow and ice removal, buildings and grounds upkeep, leaf pick-up, and roadside mowing.

2024 Seal Coating Bids - Due by 1PM March 15th, 2024

The Town of Dunn is seeking proposals for 2024 Sealcoating. Proposals shall show:  Municipality project name and the total cost of projects. All prevailing wage requirements must be met when applicable. Copies of specifications are available via e-mail by making a request to townhall@townofdunnwi.gov.

All proposals shall be sealed and shall be marked “2024 Town of Dunn Sealcoating Proposal”.  Proposals shall be submitted to the Town Clerk at the Town of Dunn, 4156 County Rd B, McFarland, WI 53558 up to and including 1:00 pm on March 15th, 2024. Proposals will be opened at 1:05 p.m. of the same date at the Town Hall.  After Proposals are opened, copies of competing proposals may be emailed to those that request one.  Proposals will be reviewed at a public meeting on March 19th, 2024 at 7:00 pm.  Meeting details will be available at dunn.civicweb.net.

The Town reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the lowest responsible contractor’s proposal.  State Funds from road improvement grants may be used by the town for the completion of the proposed work.
